Todd Dodson

Associate Chair, C12 Virginia Blue Ridge
COL (Retired) Todd L. Dodson is a native of Roanoke, Virginia and a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School in Daleville, Virginia. Following high school, he attended Appalachian State University.
COL(R) Dodson retired after 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, when his last assignment was the US Special Operations Command liaison to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Following retirement, Mr. Dodson returned to Botetourt County.
Upon his return, Dodson worked for the Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., Lawrence Companies, Inc, and Beacon Wealth Consultants, Inc. He also served one term on the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors.
He is married to the former Lisa Hammer Crawford and they have three daughters.
Greg King
Managing Chair, C12 Virginia Blue Ridge

Having spent over 20 years in the nation’s capital, Greg was called to develop the C12 practice in Virginia’s Blue Ridge mountains. Prior to his business career, he served as a U.S. Army officer for over 25 years, retiring as a Colonel in 2005. Greg spent nearly a decade as a leader in a high technology company as the Vice President for Legislative Affairs.
Greg’s faith, coupled with his business and leadership experience, make him the ideal C12 chair for Virginia’s Blue Ridge region. His mission is to encourage and equip Christian business owners to lead their businesses with timeless Biblical principles. Greg’s passion is to see others succeed in their families, businesses and in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Greg and Kim have been married for over 30 years. Their daughter is a physical therapist in Charleston, SC where she lives with her husband.
Lynette Mull
Director of Strategic Development and Mission Advancement
Gentle Shepherd Hospice

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Lynette has a diverse background in business/resource development and marketing communications from the healthcare, biotech and health IT industries to engineering education/research, social services and the small business sector.
In March of 2018, Lynette discovered her true calling at Gentle Shepherd Hospice, with a divinely orchestrated position as the director of strategic development and mission advancement. Family owned and Christ-centered, Gentle Shepherd has been a "Business on Mission” since 1994.
She enjoys sharing helpful information with families affected by with serious illness, as well as inspiring stories about lives impacted by the love of Christ at the bedside and beyond – including a mission center in rural Uganda developed in partnership New Life Christian Ministries, which she and the founders of Gentle Shepherd, Don and Kim Eckenroth, attend.
Lynette grew up in Roanoke and Bedford County and has spent several years on a couple occasions living on the west coast.
Since returning in 2009, Lynette has happily put down roots on her family's mountain top farm with her long-lost love and now husband, Bill. They enjoy attempting to homestead, DIYing and hanging out with their goofy rescue mutt, Wally.
Holly McMurtry-Sweet
Owner, Sweet Digital Solutions

Holly Sweet has cultivated a versatile skill set during her professional career, with experience in not only digital marketing, but sales, event planning and management. Her professional roles spanning the past 20 years include digital marketing manager, director of sales, rental management business owner, general manager, special events planner, group sales manager and residential property manager.
In 2020, God led Holly to start her own business, Sweet Digital Solutions, offering digital marketing services to companies throughout Virginia. Holly also leads an online music ministry, Living Lyrics, that brings area churches together as one body of Christ to minister the Word of God through music.
Holly is the proud wife of Dan McMurtry and considers her role as mother to daughter Ella her greatest calling in life.
